Different hair problems require different care methods.
Hair cut
If your hair often breaks, you can use your fingers to comb a little hairspray into your hair. The advantage of using your fingers is that you can apply the hairspray evenly and lightly to your hair, making the frizzy hair smooth.
gray hair
If you find that you already have a few gray hairs, you can cover them up with highlights. Even if new gray hairs grow out, they won’t be as noticeable, so it’s better than dyeing all your hair.
Stop perming
If perming significantly damages your hair, you should stop perming and give your hair a period of rest.
Dry hair
You can apply a little deep moisturizing conditioner to dry hair, leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, and wait for the hair to fully absorb it.
Keep your head upside down and gently massage your hair. This can promote blood circulation at the hair roots. Do this once or twice a day.
Hair care tips:
Avoid using overly thick styling products or shampoos.
Do not apply conditioner to your scalp, as it can clog pores and hinder hair growth.
Choose a shampoo that moisturizes your hair.
If your hair is malnourished, then you should use a multivitamin.
Most women only notice their hair thinning two or three years after the onset of menopause. After menopause, the hormones in a woman’s body gradually reach a new balance, and hair loss will recover to some extent. However, this recovery is only partial, and not all of the lost hair will grow back. If a woman takes estrogen during menopause to supplement her physiological needs, the degree of hair loss can be reduced accordingly. Experts believe that as long as a woman maintains a reasonable diet, participates in regular physical exercise, maintains a good mental state, reduces emotional fluctuations, and strengthens the self-care of her hair during menopause, severe menopausal hair loss will generally not occur.
