Breast hyperplasia troubles countless women; according to surveys, 70%-80% of women have varying degrees of breast hyperplasia. Besides medication, dietary regulation is also very important for the prevention and treatment of breast hyperplasia. Regularly consuming foods that promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and disperse nodules is beneficial, such as loofah, pumpkin, eggplant, candied orange peel, green tangerine peel, and rose petals.
What foods should be avoided if you have breast hyperplasia:
1. Women with lobular hyperplasia should avoid foods such as coffee, cocoa, and chocolate. These foods contain a large amount of xanthine, which can promote breast hyperplasia. Therefore, women should eat less of these foods.
2. Alcohol consumption is also considered a major enemy of breast disease. Studies have found that women who drink spirits daily have a significantly increased risk of developing breast tumors.
3. Abuse of estrogen-containing health products or long-term use of beauty cosmetics by women, as well as long-term excessive use of estrogen by menopausal women, are all considered to be causes of breast diseases.
4. Avoid spicy seasonings or foods, such as ginger, garlic, chili peppers, leeks, Sichuan peppercorns, fried foods, animal fats, sweets, and excessive tonics.
